The things people
ask us first

If yours is not here, call 770-333-1818. You will get a person who knows the answer, in English or Spanish.

Your W-2s and 1099s, a photo ID, Social Security numbers or ITINs and birth dates for you and your dependents, last year’s return, and records of anything you paid that may be deductible: mortgage interest, property tax, education, medical, childcare and donations. The full checklist is on our resources page.
Yes. Every preparer in both offices works in Spanish and English, and your return is explained to you in the language you choose.
With e-file and direct deposit, usually 5 to 14 days. Paper filing by mail takes 6 to 8 weeks. You can also pick up a check at either office. In January we offer refund advances from $500 to $7,000.
If the mistake is ours, we pay the penalties and interest it causes. Supertax works for you, not for the IRS.
Yes. Paula Chao is a Certifying Acceptance Agent, so we process ITIN applications for you and your dependents in the office. Bring a passport or birth certificate with a consular ID, plus school or vaccination records for children.
More than 1,000 of them. Formation, FEIN, sales tax numbers, licenses, payroll, bookkeeping, financial statements and corporate, partnership and nonprofit returns, all under one roof.
If you filed with Supertax, yes: ask at either office and we print it. Otherwise the IRS provides free transcripts, and a full copy of an old return needs Form 4506 and a fee. We can request either for you.
You get professionals who know this community and speak your language, not just a tax preparer. Your return is done completely, and if we make an error we are responsible for the penalties and interest it causes. Supertax works for you, not for the IRS.
